"I can model, rig, animate, edit, design, literally handle a whole movie by myself"
"I am an expert in all the latest software in market"
... these are not the only qualities that can get you a job or climb up in your career. Apart from having technical skills there are other competences that a recruiting company look for.
Shown above is a slide from a presentation by Ubisoft during GCA 2009 in Singapore which explains the competences they look for in a candidate when they recruit. Not only Ubisoft but all the companies look for these competences especially in the HR round of interview.
